Decent price though a little expensive. Hopefully I won’t have to use it though if I do it covers it all.

I always get the Best Buy protection on my electronics. While I am sure over the many years as a Best Buy customer I have spent more on warranties that what they have saved me I still think they are a good deal. There is never a problem with getting a replacement if you need one. My Fitbit HR died 4 times in a year because of sweat from working out. They replaced it 4 times no questions asked!!! Just had a Seagate drive fail and had it changed in less than 10 minutes in the store. I love just having the piece of mind that my stuff will be replaced or fixed if there is a problem. I just wish Apple would still let Best Buy sell there warranty over AppleCare. Apple won't even offer an extended warranty on Beats but Best Buy did till Apple stopped them. I had my daughter change to Bose when her Beats went for this reason. And always great service at Best Buy, Deptford NJ

They couldn’t fix my printer cuz they didn’t have anymore the same model. But they returned my money in a store gif card , and with that I Bought a new printer

The customer service rep Dani at the Lancaster, PA store was extremely helpful. I had a warranty on my old printer and was able to get new for no charge. She helped me through all the steps I needed to take. I did purchase a warranty for the new printer.

Also best to get insurance when buying electronics & with Geek Squad by your side you know all will be well

Due to the Pandemic, I had to purchase equipment to support a second location to virtually work from. I have had a lot of experience with all-in-one systems lasting for years. I purchased an all-in-one printer from Best Buy and reluctantly purchased their Geek Squad replacement agreement because it seemed like it would not be used. The all-in-one failed after 5 months and when I returned it to Best Buy, the Geek Squad immediately issued me a pro-rated value towards the purchase of a new printer. Because of this experience, I quickly stepped up and added Geek Squad Replacement to the new system.

Reason I like to purchase things from Best Buy because the Geek Squad anytime I purchase something I go there and ask if it's coming or over them or do I have to send it out they give me straight answer and I like that I had to deal with the Geek Squad instead of sending it out in mail and waiting weeks or months to get a response

I HAVE NEVER EVER, EVER NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY A SINGLE BEST BY SALESPERSON, MANAGER, OR EMPLOYER OF ANY LEVEL WHEN I HAVE NEEDED TO RETURN A PRODUCT OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDED TO BE RETURNED WHILE STILL UNDER MY EXTRA PURCHASE WARRANTY OR MANUFACTORS WARRANTY ... IT ANY PRODUCT THAT I EVER PURCHASED STOPPED PERFORMING BEFORE SAID WARRANTY EXPIRATION DATE ... BEST BUY ACCOMODATED MY NEED TO HAVE THAT PIECE OF EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCRT, WITHOUT HASSLE OF ANY KIND ... BEST BUY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS THEY WAY THEY OR ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

I purchased the geek squad replacement plan for a printer which has received much use for mainly photo printing. The printer has served me well although there have been some occasions where I've run into some issues. The first was related to an ink system failure which was replaced on the spot. The second was related to the printer no longer producing black ink. While a replacement was not immediately available for the second incident, I received a reimbursement of the purchase price. Both experiences were hassle free. In the future I plan to use the funds towards a compact photo printer such as the Canon Selphy and a portable document scanner.

I buy my electronics from Best Buy because of the good prices and the selection of products. And as important as those things are most important is the replacement protection. I get this on anything I buy because its just the easy button. I something fails (and we all know this happens with PCs and other electronics) I just pop on over to Best Buy and they give me a replacement. The Best buy policy on product replacement is better than any other place you can buy electronics. Have used it several times. Worth the money just get it.

I purchase Geek Squad on most of my purchases from Best Buy. There are a few times I was glad I did. I needed it. Best Buy is true to their word on honoring Geek Squad. I've had to get replacements on some items I purchased, and Best Buy Geek Squad had me covered with no additional out-of-pocket payments required.

I almost always buy the warranties. With so many products being made outside of the US, they break more often in my experience. So the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement is worth the peace of mind. The Geek squd is good about repairing of replacing defective products. Their service is efficient, professional and punctual.

I feel good about having the 4-year Geek Squad Product Replacement service. I hope I don't have to use it though.
