This policy was very reasonably priced, and definitely gives us peace of mind about the ink jet printer we bought it for.

It was a surprise that this support plan was so inexpensive, so I grabbed it. I hope I don't need to use it but it is nice to know that I am covered should there be a problem.

I suggest this because sometimes the brands customer service sucks and this helps you in case an item is defective or breaks.

This item is just exactly as described. It is easy to use, and there are never any issues with it being implemented. I would not make a purchase without this.

I’m not normally the pay extra for a warranty you may not need kind of guy. Bought the Geek Squad protection and wound up needing it! Totally worth the extra money.

Good to know if something goes wrong I won't have to replace the item myself

The thing already broke once (within 30 days so it was replaced). These keyboard / cases are temperamental. Now it’s covered for 2 years. Peace of mind for 20 bucks!

Good protection. You can never tell when something will happen.

No questions asked, was able to get a new mouse. They let me pick any mouse in the price range. The warranty transferred over and the 2 years restarted.
