Bought this with an ESPON printer. I rated it as 4-star just because I HAD to make an entry. However, I can't say much about it, as I have not needed to use it. So far, Best Buy has been "good" to me, and I hope that this warranty is as well.

Super easy to turn in products and get replacements. I would recommend to anyone and everyone to protect their investment you won't regret it.

2 yr protection and piece of mind. Haven't had to use it but good to know it's there if needed.

Seriously, why would you ever buy something without Geek Squad. This is what in equivocally separates BestBuy from Amazon.

It seems almost mandatory to ensure your electronics last as long as they are suppose to. Protect it.

Prior to purchase, Best Buy did not disclose that I would need to leave my old and new laptops, with my passwords, for 1 to 2 days with no visibility to what was happening. Very disappointed. Did not use service. Moving all my data to one drive made it more complicated to set up the new drive. I previously used PC Mover. It was cheaper, easier, and I didn't have to provide my passwords to strangers for up to 2 days. Geek Squad on-line was not helpful either.

Every electronic device I buy, I purchase the product protection plan. No brainer. I've had to use it in the past and it's always worth it.
