I purchased this protection, as I always do with my technology that I get at Best Buy. Had some trouble with the printer not connecting to the computer, and they said they could help. I would have to purchase a protection plan, and that mine didn't cover this. First time I have EVER had trouble with my Geek squad! They have always helped me in the past when my printer and computer were not connecting, and for some reason, this time they wouldn't.

I use them for most of the things that I buy. I use them and if I have any problem they always deliver. No matter what's the problem.

Service is always great at best buy. It is worth to buy the warranty plan for a couple of years.

I highly recommend getting product replacement whenever you can. Product replacement has saved us so much money on multiple products.

The price of the warranty is high yet having the security with knowing if anything happens at least you get a new product at that value makes it worth it. Have had problems in the past yet I'm hopeful those are not the same issues now.
