Geek squad is always great. I haven’t had to use for awhile but I always go there first.

Buy 1tb Xbox for a lot, then buy another 1 or 2tb xbox 2 years later when the update... Or just get external drive and be happy

I love the Geeks. They are great on the phone and just as good in person.

So I purchased the warranty with the understanding that its a replacement warranty .A warranty is nothing but peace of mind that you hope you don't end up using . I ended up using mine because the printer I purchased died on me out of nowhere .It was a canon color laser printer Canon Mf642 . When I went to go get a it replaced the at geek squad at my local bestbuy ."Cole" who said he was the supervisor and the only person I can talk to ,told me all he can do is offer me the money back as a BB credit . I told him that I am not interested in that , I'd rather have the same printer either fixed or replaced .I did not care for a store . I had already spend money is buying expensive toner cartridges that would go to waste . Thee guy told me that this printer is not is stock and a similar model I'd have to take the store credit and pay the difference . the difference was close to $200 . I DID NOT PURCAHSE THIS WARRANRTY FOR STORE CREDIT . I purchased it so if anything goes wrong I get the same or similar replacement . The Geek squad guy stonewalled me and kept repeating that this is my only option .He told me that I am welcome to try my luck at a different Best buy ! I am very unhappy with my experience .

You never know what crazy things might happen with your printer. glad this warranty will take care of anything that malfunctions!

purchased geek squad protection to insure my daughter is covered at any Best Buy to fix or replace if needed in a timely manner.

Havnt used it yet. But nice having piece of mind that any problems are c9vered for 2 years
