I always purchase the Geek Squad protection package on all electronics. There are so many moving parts to wear out on a printer, especially if you use it every day or heavy use, that it just makes sense. I have actually used the protection package for a free replacement printer on the last two printers. It is a ease of mind for what amounts to an expensive purchase. I am very happy with the protection package that I purchased for 4 years and I feel the cost is minimal but well worth the peace of mind.

Love this product replacement plan, whenever you buy something and it breaks or you want to get a new one in a couple years, just take it back and get a new one for free, it’s great! If there’s an upgraded model sometimes you could get the upgraded one instead for free. Last time I used this on an item two years after purchase, the item was cheaper then so I ended up getting an upgraded model plus a $50 gift card for the difference...so I always buy this on anything I know I will use for a long time!

I didn't know you could review GSP, but it's an easy choice for any item you care about. If you spend too much on a graphics card, only to have one of the fans go bad after a few months, use that protection plan and swap it out. You have to pay for a new plan but that's nothing when you don't have to buy a new graphics card, or worse... live with horrible fan noise

always good to have insurance. I got a printer with out knowing it didn't work till 34 days after having it. So greatful Best But helped me Exchange it for anther printer taht worked and fit the needs I needed. Totally greatful and its a must. You never know what might happen. Always good to have insurance.

I purchased the Geek Squad/Best Buy 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement because I am holding the impression that printers have become less dependable and seem to have more problems operating long-term than in the past. I originally used to only purchase HP printers and then became disappointed with their quality. I then switched to Brother Printers and was not happy with the quality of their printers. So, I then purchased an Epson printer and I am crossing my fingers it will last. If not, I know I am covered with the 2-Year extended warranty.

Best price for a printer of the quality I have seen for some time. I love individual color cartridges. Easiest setup I have ever had for an all-in-one printer. It is built as solid as any I have had in the past. Clear instructions if you follow them on paper as well as computer screen. My only complaint would be against UPS. Someone set a delivery date of 1 Sep. It arrive at distribution center two hours from my home late on 27 Aug and sat there Fri, Sat,Sun & Mon. Needless to say I think Best Buy should have words with UPS.

This 4-year replacement coverage is for my new scanner & just cost a few dollars. Bought the coverage because the scanner function didn't work on my 1-year-old printer/copier/scanner which was just out of warranty. Tech support diagnosed it as a factory malfunction of this device's scanning function, but I'd let it go 1 week too long before getting help. My fault. Won't make that mistake again.

I recently used my Geek squad service to replace a GoPro Hero 7 Black. The audio adapter was not recognized by my device and I brought everything to Best Buy and in a matter of moments they confirmed why I was returning it and I had a brand new GoPro hero 7 black in package with the option to get another year of geek squad service for another year. I happily purchased that coverage and I definitely feel a sense of security knowing that as long as they have a device in stock for the next year I can bring in my device and have it replaced.

So far, so good works every time connecting to my phone, which i do most of my printing off of (iPhone and samsung). Occasionally my nitro gamer laptop purchased from bestbuy ... i have printed pictures on photos film paper and also tons on documents for business purposes, i recommend this printer...
