I have had more bad luck with printers over the past couple of years. Lightning strike fried every printer in our house. Brought the printers in to Best Buy and they replaced all of them with no charge because of the warranty. (I repurchased a new warranty on each). Then the replacement models (3) all broke before their two year warranty was up. Again, Best Buy's extended warranty saved me a significant amount of money. No hassles or problems, I brought the printer in, told them what was wrong, they verified the warranty and sent me to pick out another printer.

I purchased this extended warranty from Best Buy/Geek Squad just in case for my Brother-MFC-L3770CDW Wireless Color All-In-One Laser Printer. I haven't used the extended service agreement because the printer has worked so well. But it's good to know I have a back-up. Thanks Best Buy!

I had a Rival 650 mouse but the glue that held on the pads started doing weird things. The pads would slide around and the glue would squish out a bit and collect dust. All I had to do was bring in the mouse, the usb and cable to the geek squad counter at Bestbuy, explained the situation, and they took the pieces (even though I was missing a couple of the weights), and gave me store credit. I'm getting their protection for everything I get at Bestbuy from now on.

I have purchased the warranty on everything I buy. For the cost of protection, it can’t be beat.

I always buy the Geek Squad insurance bc it's a great value and truly protects my products.

My original purchase failed after one plus years and was replaced by the same model without any problem. However, the replacement also had an issue and was also replaced for credit towards another brand that had the same features. However, I did have to purchase the extended warranty.

The agent listened to my concern with of the products bought at Best Buy and solved my problem in a short time and I walked away as a happy customer and will rocommend Best Buy to others.

We haven’t had to use this yet. Hopefully everything goes as advertised

I had a good productive meeting with a Geek Squad person who is very helpful and informative about the security issues in my laptop and iPhone. Everything was good with no issues from unknown sources against my laptop and iPhone.

This 2 Year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan was purchased for about $10 during same transaction when buying Gaming Headset many years ago. It actually proves to be useful when our Logitech G930 Wireless Gaming Headset broke just a couple days before the 2 year Geek Squad warranty expires. We happened to be lucky as the warranty was still valid when the expensive Gaming Headset malfunctioned. It was quite easy to exchange for replacement product. Would not recommend for low to medium priced items. Would highly recommend for more expensive electronic items.

I love my new nespresso machine much better than my coffee machine. It’s very user friendly, with tons of versatility. I will be using it for years to come and I have already recommended it to friends and family who also enjoyed using it.

This is going to some day save me some money... probably.

Anyone buying a printer should get this plan. Originally we got it because we thought just before the two years we would trade in our old model for a newer one since the plan covers it. Instead this plan saved the day as the OfficeJet Pro 8760 we had was a NIGHTMARE. 2 printers that would not connect wirelessly to anything even though HP swore to us that they tested the second one they sent us as a replacement. With this plan we were able to find a different printer that now works great and it took all of 10 minutes in store to get the swap done. If you buy a printer get this plan!

Fortunately, I have not had to use the warrantee but I purchased it for peace of mind. The Epson I purchased less than a year ago died and I was not willing to go with the cost (shipping) and aggravation of shipping back to the factory and waiting for weeks to get the problem resolved. With the warrantee, I can walk a defective unit into my local Best Buy and be back in operation in hours instead of weeks. I don't usually buy or recommend extended warrantees but my recent experiences with printers dying too early make this a suggested expense.
