Would not purchase something without having an extended warranty. I have found electronics does not last long and expensive to repair/replace, so the warranty will save you money in the long run.

If anything happens Best Buy will cover the product either by replacement or repair,. Priced charged is at least top 2 in the market. Products are good anyway without protection so protection only reinforced my reliance on the purchase knowing I'm protected

My fiancé bought an HP printer from Staples last year and had to buy an extended warranty from a third party. The printer is awful and getting any kind of help or refund from either source is a pain. The 2-year geek squad product replacement plan gives me complete peace of mind. Also - NEVER buy an HP product. You've been warned.

I've always purchased the 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement for all of my devices. It's a satisfying feeling knowing that I am covered for 2 years from normal wear and tear to accidental damage from handling. I feel safe with this plan and have always been covered and never had an issue when it comes to repairs, exchanges, and returns.

My previous printer stopped working and thank goodness I had the warranty on it. They gave me a new printer that was newer than the one I brought in and it didn't cost me any more money. If I hadn't had the warranty I would have had to spend another $200 for a new one or extra money to have it repaired. I will always buy the warranties!

They work! And when they cant fix it you can get a new one. Chat service and phone service suck but once I got through, it went well. Also The guys in the store said I should have just come and seen them. A lot faster in the store than in on the phone.

GSP the way too go if a problem arise no worries save the email receipt or paper copy Best Buy does the rest nice treatment of after sale service no buyers remorse like many companies do nowadays to get out of keeping you happy we need loyalty and great service before and especially after the sale respect Best Buy you guys alsways have what I need want and didn’t even know I neede etc

I buy it on just about everything. The Geek Squad is great and have always been super easy to contact, work with, etc. on issues with operation. Fortunately, have not had any break-downs, but it's better to be prepared. We've had the Squad for 2+ years for computer help and they are well worth every penny for the monthly fee!! Get it!

I never purchase technology devices, including a printer, without a Geek Squad maintenance agreement which includes product replacement. It means there is always assistance when needed and if a replacement is needed, it is a quick and simple process.

The agent easily set up my new Google Nest wireless network. He went the extra mile to reconfigure the Ring doorbell to work properly with the Nest. And he ensured the TV's were working well too. I can always count on Geek Squad's great customer service

I wish I had bought this when I got my first Logitech keyboard. After too many slips and drops, the casing was too damaged to be effective. The extra $20 would have saved me $125 on a new one. So, assuming I may be as clumsy or careless during the next two years, I bought both the Keyboard/case and the 2 year protection plan.

Thank god I got Geek Squad protection, saved me over $200 in replacement, which covered the GS cost itself. I'll always get it with important appliances.

I have GSP-R on all of my gaming accessories. Why? Because I actually game daily and I wear these things out. Should they wear out within two years? I don't think so. Do they? Yes, If they're bad products. Ive been through three logitech headsets and one mouse, all of which replaced by better versions with full credit back towards them.

Product replacement is the way to go. We were able to replace our printer we had for less than two years with no problem. I recommend this option as you retain the value for the amount that you paid for the last printer. So it’s a win win for you. Highly recommended!

So glad I got the geek squad replacement plan. I rather have them just replace it than try to fix it. I returned a printer and got store credit because I really did not want to keep the product I bought. and HP compact printer. However, sometimes I think the geek-squad protection could be more on the expensive side, but for the product, I bought, definitely worth it.

Bought an expensive printer for the first time in my life, the printer is good, but I don’t want to have to del with the repairs of an expensive printer, so I bou r the insurance; hopefully it helps.
