I would never buy any electronic items from Best Buy without an extended warranty. Best Buy is the one merchant that does not give you any issues and make refund or replacement stress free. Highly recommend!!!!!

This protection service has been more than beneficial for me throughout the years with regards to equipment for my business. By having this protection for my major electronic items, it has saved me a whole lot of money in repairs.

its good i was upset coz of Noobie Manager in Paramus NJ , but i love this service.... anyway i reverse what i said against company but this Manager has to go... Best Buy stay with us and hire better managers with better understanding

Best buy is always really helpful and good about taking back defective products for a free replacement. Their stores may be understaffed and their employees may be under appreciated by the company but they do their best and I appreciate that.

I won't buy a product anymore without the warranty on it. Anything happens, it's covered. You get a new one and just pay for a new warranty. I've been through 3 keyboards in a year, at $150 plus a pop, My son has gone through at least 5 headsets, and we pay about 20 bucks to replace them. Worth every penny.

The agent installed my device.When I was having difficulty, he scheduled another visit & advised me how to return it to get another device.He followed with me a few days later to see if everything was still working. That was very thoughtful & considerate.

Have used the service in the past for a Foodsaver. The equipment malfunctioned after almost 2 years and the Product Replacement plan immediately processed the Gift Card to purchase a new Foodsaver. Therefore, I always add the Replacement Plan to my purchases.

I really liked my HP Office Jet Pro Printer6968, but had to replace it with a new Printer as for months I could not buy the 902 Printer ink for it. Replaced it with Hp 7855 Printer. Have received it yet. Will let you know if it compares.

I usually purchase Geek squad coverage for items that are not inexpensive. Fortunately, I don't always need that coverage (haven't for this item) but I have on several occasions, which was helpful. And it gives me peace of mind for not much cost.

I took a chance purchasing this Geek Squad service contract. My experience with laptop computers was deteriorating and I sensed I probably would need their support. I put my laptop, my wife's laptop and the laptops belonging to 2 daughters on the contract. Everyone has used it to good advantage. I've used it 3 times.
