If you hesitate to purchase, I would recommend to get it. Having the help of the geek squad is something that I am so happy to have this service. All you do is pay for that yearly service fee and it's well worth it..

I haven't had to use this yet, but I have heard great things and that is why I bought it. I bought it in case I have any problems with the scanner as one person said their scanner left a line down the middle of the photos.

I have learned to always purchase the geek squad extended warranty. I recently returned my wireless printer which was nearly 4-years old. It would no longer work wirelessly. Because of this warranty I was given a comparable model which works much better. Also, luckily, it was on sale; therefore, I was given a giftcard for the difference of my original and the "on-sale" printer! I have also used this warranty on a phone set for our home and a few other items over the last 10-12 years.

I purchased the product replacement for this product as I had issues with the one for the original mini. I had to replace that one 3 times, and each time I went to the store they were a pleasure to deal with. No questions asked, was just told to go get a new one. And the first time I had to replace it, the price on the plan had decreased and they gave me a Best Buy credit for the difference! Also, each time you replace, it starts over again. This is the best product replacement plan around.

Vacuum DYSON has good maneuverability, It is light when you hold it in your hand, but it has a really good design and smoothly rotating floorhead which make it easy to pivot around .

My printer was shipped to the house. I needed to bring it in to Best Buy to get it queued up to my computer. They commented that I made a good choice. I lifted the lid to show them that I even decided to pay the 10-$20 more for the scanning part of it… The glass was shattered!! Thank goodness for the product replacement warranty! They disposed of that one and ordered me a new one!

I have purchased 10+ items from Best Buy over the years and I always purchase the Replacement warranty. I have never had an issue with getting a replacement. The process is painless and smooth. even more fortunate is that I have rarely needed the warranty, however the few times I have used it was a simple exchange. No-fuss, no debate, no hassle at all. I will always recommend this purchase.

No matter the product we always purchase GEEK Squad protection because when something happens, the protection covers the repair or replacement of the product. We have used this on several occasions and it always been worth it, because the repairs alone would have cost more than the cost of the protection plan.

I bought a headset and purchased the protection plan with geek squad when best buy associate told me about the benefits. After a year and so my son start having the trouble with voice quality then I called geek squad replacement, they give me an appointment to replace it .it was simple and easy transactions, would recommend to anyone to purchase replacement plant to protect your purchase!

This was an extended warranty but I've forgotten on what! Maybe it was a printer. Depending how heavily you use a piece of equipment and how fragile they might be, I think the extended warranties Best Buy offers can definitely be a good insurance. I've had to make use of them a couple of times in the past 10 years and the staff have always made the process very easy; minimal hassle.

Whenever I’m Offered the geek squad plan I always go with it. For Christmas I bought my brother a laptop for school (so happy I did now with e learning becoming an actual thing) & a little piece snapped in his charger & it took them less than a week to get it fixed & get it back to us. I’m sure they’re not always that fast with a broken item but the service is a must have for your electronics.

Was having nothing but problems with my laptop (not even that old) and was ready to just drop a bunch of money on a new one. One if the associates asked if would mind if he took a look at my old one and see what he could do. Within an hour he called me up and said he updated a bunch of things and cleaned up & cleared out a bunch of nonsense and it was running a lot better. Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!!!

With the cost of repair/replacement services today, it provides peace of mind to have a contract with the Geek Squad; you can also ask them questions about your purchase if you beed help setting it up; COVID-19 quarantine has somewhat limited access to their service, since they stopped doing home visits when coronavirus restrictions started. You can still phone them for assistance.

Pros: My HP Copier-Printer-Scanner is the best I've ever had! It is super easy to setup; super easy to change ink...and super easy to use the multiple functions. Con: The power-cord does not seem to fit tight in the Copier's power socket, thus is easily unplugged. Have to make sure the power cord is pushed flat up against a wall, to keep power-cord in the Copier's power socket.

I purchased the Geek Squad support this time with my printer purchase as I faced a lot of issues with my previous printer that I purchased from Best Buy where I didn't purchase the Geek squad purchase earlier. I hope this will help me address any issues that may arise with my new printer. So far, I have not faced any issues with my new printer so can't really comment on feedback on Geek Squad support service at this point.

The 4-yr Geek Squad Product Replacement was well worth the extra expense. The printer had to be replaced and it was done in a very fast and efficient manner. Complete new replacement.
