I always pick the geek squad protection plan with my purchases.it seems like a no-brainer, for the coverage term to keep your product in tact. Used it once on another product, and they were fantastic. No questions asked or needed and they replaced it with like kind and quality. I like the protection plan!

I always get the extended warranty and it has always paid off. Don't be fooled if you think you don't need one for any product that it is offered. Now a days, things break down, especially with electronic items. The warranty has you fully covered and you get a free replacement even at the end of the warranty.

the product did not function properly. i brought it back to the best buy store and was given a replacement. however, the replacement product did not function properly despite numerous attempts to "troubleshoot" the product via the "hewlett packard website. i just returned the product for a store credit.

I have used the Geeek Squad additional coverage a few times. It has been easy and if the item could not be repaired it was replaced. I have experienced no problems.

Geek squad has replaces a Nintendo switch and $150 headphones. If you buy something for your kids, buy the protection!

The technicians are so professional and courteous. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and when your computer is returned, they explain what was done. They take the time to see if you have any questions and they are so sincere.

Purchased this product when I bought my HP printer, just in case something went wrong. So far, no need to use because the printer has not failed. This was very inexpensive insurance because printers are notorious for failing just when you really need them.

Anytime I make a big purchase or a purchase of an electronic, I always opt to get this service. For the past several years I have never had a problem with Geek Squad and they're very helpful. Would highly recommend for people to pay the extra charge to receive their protection for their purchases.

Must have protection on higher dollar items. Normally wouldn't consider, but when I purchased a scanner that cost more than my laser printer I want to feel confident I would be replace in the event something went wrong with it.

At the end of the 4 year Geek Squad service plan I had a minor problem with my refrigerator, some of the display wasn't working. I called in for the repair, a service company called and made an appointment. The repair was made all is good.

This printer gives excellent copies. It was easy to connect to my home wi-fi and does not use up a lot of ink. I can print from my computer or lay copies under the cover. Very easy and dependable. Great value for the price.

I wasn't going to get the plan but everything in my house is from Best Buy and everything that I've bought from Best Buy has a 2 year replacement plan on it. I had a problem with my Iphone earlier and learned the hard way. Say whattttttt. It was worth buying. Compare $40 to paying $300.00, you do the math !!!!!

I always buy qeek squad with almost every elecronic we buy. There very helpful and do there best to fix my items if they can't they will replace it or if they dont longer have the item they give you store credit as long you have warrenty with them.

This plan is very good but I kind of liked the protection plans that were available before, before the protection plans were for accidental damage and for when the hard drive are the system crashes and you can bring it in for repair, now the plans are separate and it cost twice as much.

I like the protection plan the fact they replace the whole products say a lot some protection plans don’t even do that
