Two-year geek squad product replacement is a no-brainer for a couple dollars more your product is guaranteed for two years.We all know the possibilities of our children or even us dropping an item or spilling something on it so to protect your valuable item I feel this is well worth it's Weight in gold

Unless it's cheap enough just to replace something, just get the warranty of geek squad, especially if its computer related, because then they will help you for all types of stuff not just because you dropped your camera or mac in the ocean.

If you buy something that you know has a tendancy of being replaced within a couple of years and do NOT get a service plan, then you are spending way too much money. If you use a keyboard everyday, they don't last long. A two year service plan doesn't sound like a lot but it is WORTH IT.

Returned this item thinking it was the problem and come to find out it was the splitters in the cable. While I was there they couldn't test it so they replaced it with a new one. Plus it was on sale during the replacement and they gave me in store credit for the difference. Thank You Best Buy/Geek Squad!!!

The squad mounted my 75 inch Samsung, hid the cables, showed me how to move or swivel the tv set up the soundbar, bass and satellite . They went thru a tutorial so I was ready to watch tv. The tv looks suspended on the wall and sound is like a theater

I have bought these Product Replacements a few times from Best Buy, and really only had to use it one time, when a video camera broke. It was so easy at Best Buy to get a new camera. And, I was allowed to get a different model. Thank you, Best Buy!

Hope to never use but thrilled to know that it's there if I ever need it. I usually only buy the best after researching products for hours upon hours. After buying the product I like to get this as a peace of mind. Nothing lasts forever but at least more then 3 years, if not at least I have this.

Haven't had to use my coverage on my most recent purchases. However, in the past, I have used it for computer repairs, and black tie actually replaced my big screen tv when it started pixelating at the top of the screen. Buy it to cover every purchase since then, just for the peace of mind.

I love this protection plan offered. I purchase it on nearly every item I get. I never have any complaints from Best Buy when I feel the need to return something after the standard 15 day refund policy. It covers any and all damage you can think of... this is definitely worth the investment.

Need to protect your investment, the cost for protection is very low considering how much you would have to pay to buy a new one should your product be defective.

The Geek Squad has help set up all of our computers and has taken care of any problems or questions that we have on a as needed basis. They installed our new TV and instructed us on proper use and cleaning of TV. We would never stop using their services.

I always buy insurance on anything that’s electronic just to be on the safe side. BEST BUY is pretty good about honoring that and if something breaks they just allow you to replace it -can’t beat it

Some things are worth insuring. Geek squad protection on my printer and monitors have been a saver. Do the math and if you think there's a possibility that it can break or lose its efficiency, consider spending an extra few bucks.

Love the Geek Squad, when ever I've had an issue they are quick to fix or replace. They are always courteous

I have always made my TV purchases from Sam's mainly because of the price of the warranties but when Bestbuy up their game to compete with them now I would hesitate to get a TV from them

This was not my first choice but when I arrived at the store, it was on sale, for $100 off and I was in a hurry, so I bought this one...What a great decision it turned out to be! I am very happy with the machine and not one problem with it, I easy to set up as a wireless network printer, and a great set of features.
