Terms are great for an expensive item. Priced competitively with other stores and benefits are worthwhile.

My last printer died, luckily I had the plan on it for them to fix it. When they couldn't - I was credited towards a new printer. I need this for work - so I bought it for this as well. If something ever happens, it gets fixed or you get credited towards a new printer. It puts your mind at ease.

I have had Geek Squad coverage since I bought 2 laptops approx. 8 months ago. Needed their assistance a couple of times. No computer or program problems, just needed a little clarification on the new Windows 10. Also, the online appointment is fantastic. Make your appt. and there is no waiting in line.

As I have learned from past experiences, having the extra peace of mind in equipment protection is a must! You never know when it may falter on you. So when it does it’s best to have a back up plan. I’d rather pay for the extra protection and not need it than need it and not have it!

I had a purchased a fitness watch with this last year and got to experience the service, it was fantastic, twice I had to return my watch for a new one with no problem. So when I purchased my router I thought this is a must, because routers do fail often enough, worth the small amount vs the cost of the item.

I feel a real sense of ease knowing that I have this protection! Whether your setting up a new printer to having issues with other electronic items, big or small, I love knowing that I have back up!

Things don't last nearly as long as they used to, and this definitely goes for printers if you use them a lot like I do. I print thousands of pages and it does seem to wear on the printer, so when it burns out, I'm so happy I got the replacement plan. Seriously... get it. It's worth it for printers!

Bought the 2 year warranty as a "just in case something goes wrong " to my HP printer. This will beat trying to send it back to HP instead of just taking it to my local Best Buy.

Called once because I thought my Razor Kraken Headphones weren't working the guy was very patient on the phone and didn't treat me like dirt because my only problem was that the headphones were slightly out of my ps4 controller headphone jack.

I have always purchased Geek Squad service for my tech products. No service costs and in some cases replacement if a defective item within the two years has more than covered the cost. Plus you have peace of mind for two years.

I always get product replacement when I can. I am a bit hard on my gaming equipment and this lets me not even care. If anything goes wrong in the year or 2 they will replace it in store for free no matter what. Well worth the price if you plan to keep the item a couple years.

Really glad I got this. After only one year, my HP printer stopped working completely, and I was able to get a new Epson printer, but since it cost a little more, I just needed to pay the difference between the two printers.

Most of the members are very knowledgeable about the process of tech warranties and how they work, so if they aren't able to make your tech work in house they know what has to be done. The staff of the Racine, WI team are on point and as I said they know their stuff.

When it comes to expensive electronics BestBuy has the best policy in their warranty coverage. Be it accidental damage or certain parts going bad, its better to have it and not need it IMHO. Worth the money I say...

I don’t often buy replacement insurance for household devices, but I think it makes a lot of sense for high-tech delicate devices, like high end cameras, cell phones , computers, and high resolution TVs. I’m a fan of the Geek Squad team. They are knowledgeable and helpful.

Hopefully I will not have to use this service and the printer will be in good condition after 2 years but it is nice to know that I have the option of getting a replacement should the printer become inoperable. The cost of this was very little so it made sense to invest in it.
