Really like Geek Squad! My son accidentally reformatted my external harddrive. They were able to recover all the pictures and files. They came in handy a couple other times during my membership. Happy with them.

This TV is a great product, price was right and had bonus points to cash in which helped along with the interest free 6 month credit. Will continue to shop at Best Buy as long as the promos are in effect. Thank you

It would be better if it last for the amount of time you purchased it for. Instead if you use it 2 months for now. You would have to purchase it again for the replacement. I won’t continue to the replacement or transfer.

Always love the two protection on all my expensive products so I get it because they just switch out anything you brake on accident. Also check what it cover when they explain it to you.

Totally worth it for heavy daily use items which tend to die right around the end of the warranty. Best Buy let's you walk in and pick a replacement, easy peasy.

bought a new printer and got the two year replacement based on the sale price. It was no-brainer to spend the extra money. I usually don't bother to get the replacement product replacement since the price seems a bit high

Geek squad protection plan is a must. I wouldn't purchase anything without it if it is offered. More often than not, it will end up getting used. 100% recommend.

Have not needed it yet but nice knowing we have it if needed in case there are issues with the keyboard all we need to do is call and our questions would be answered or we can always bring it in for service if needed.

length was well worth the little amount I paid to cover the printer for an extended period of time. I dont usually get extended warr's, but I will for printers from on, cuz they seem to break a lot more often than other applince type products. A great buy at Best Buy for this one.

Geek Squad protection is always a must for me. Unfortunately some products don't seem to last these days and I feel a sense of security with this protection just in case. Good value with good terms for qualification.

The 2 year product replacement was a great value. I felt like the price was very in line with product cost and it proved to be very useful. Very glad I purchased. New product is working perfectly but feel confident that if something went wrong it would be taken care of.

Geek squad came to my house to fix my tv under warranty they couldn't fix it so they gave me a voucher to get a new one or get refund instead i upgrade it i love their warranty

Usually don't purchase replacement for printers since prices are so low they are all but disposable these days. This printer was much more expensive so did get it this time. I found out that I had a printer go bad within the warranty period but since I did not have the replacement plan I would have paid to send it back to HP. Disappointed with Best Buy not taking it back in warranty.

Although I have not had the need to use the Geek Squad services yet fir this product, I have utilized this option in the past which has saved me quite a bit of money instead of fully replacing an item.

i always buy the geek squad protection because its cheaper than replacing the item with the same thing again in the event something happens. and i buy it on sale...so that way with the protection plan included im still paying basically the normal price if it wasnt on sale.
