If possible I always purchase Geek Squad Replacement insurance with all my Best Buy purchases. Although I have fortunately never had to use it with anything I have purchased at Best Bu!. But, for peace of mind should something go wrong I think it is a safe bet to purchase it. Unlike other merchants protection plans Best Buys actually cover with replacement with a new product and not a refurb!

Very helpful and always helps with all issues and reliability service. Do wish they had walk in , must have appointments though. But worth the extra money for warranty

I buy the geek squad protection on everything I buy from Best Buy! It has been the best warrantee from anywhere that I have ever purchased! The geek squad and Best Buy have always taking amazing care of us because we have purchased the warrantees so I would highly recommend everybody do it

The protection plan is one of the best investments you can make. Best Buy has one of the best in the industry. Their customer service regarding the protection plan is amazing. They can look up the purchase of the item on their system and confirm device has the protection plan on it. From there you good to go!

The Greek Squad is ready to help and very friendly. They will do their best to make the customer happy and will replace the item if that is your request. On items like computers, laptops, and gaming headphones (especially when buying as a gift), the protection gives you piece of mind. Well worth the investment!

I like their chat feature as the tech support chat has been useful in addressing my needs. They also could fix minor glitches by using remote repairs without having you bring the computer into the store.

No one ever wants to deal with warranty coverages but the squad were the most helpful I have ever had to deal with. The only negative I ran into was given the size of my T.V they did not offer to set up they just dropped off. If you are getting a large item that you can not do yourself it will be up to you to ask about help.

Visited the store to inquire about not being able to connect my external monitors. The first visit they could not determine why external hardware would not upload to the computer. They suggested that I have the Geek Squad set my computer and reinstall all the programs. I came back a second time to talk about having the install redone and the agent that was talking to me said all I needed was a different cable and sure enough he saved me a lot of money. I no longer needed to have the install redone.

Best service there is! They are awesome at what they do and will get the job done in a timely manner. They had to switch out my printer as well as fix my laptop.

There is nothing like a peace of mind knowing that you have support on your devices if anything goes wrong. Great to have.

I love having the piece of mind with my electronic devices. Had a TV crash on me once and with my plan I was able to upgrade for free!

Honestly, to have my new headsets protected for 2 yrs for 2 bucks... it was a steal. As the associate said: "If anything happens to it, you can come in to the store and pick up a new box to replace it". Sweet and easy. (I usually only get the geek squad stuff on select items too, use your best judgment.. but for it only being 2 bucks (for this device)... hard to resist)

THANK HEAVENS FOR GEEK SQUAD. THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP DIAGNOSE A PARTICULARLY DIFFERENT TYPE OF "BUG" THAT MY SYSTEM CAME DOWN WITH, THEN DO A PROPER EQUIPMENT INSTALL TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. THE PROTECTION IS FOR UP TO 3 ITEMS (I THOUGHT IT ONLY GOOD FOR 1 SO WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN ABLE TO HAVE WORK DONE UNDER PROTECTION PURCHASED EARLIER FOR ANOTHER ITEM)

I have a friend that lives Plantronics because you can answer your phone without removing the Bluetooth headsets.Plus it has a talking feature that will tell you who's calling. It will say "answer or ignore". That's what my friend likes about the Plantronic headset.

Shoot 4 yr replacement plan for $20 on a $90 printer, ill take that.
