I usually only buy the replacement warranties for expensive electronics or items that will get heavy use. I once had a computer monitor fail 2 weeks before my replacement warranty expired. They gave me store credit on a giftcard for what I originally paid for my monitor. I have able to get a better monitor and I still had a left over balance on the giftcard. I was very happy.

I purchased this plan for a printer that arrived defective. I decided to return the printer and Best Buy had no issues or challenges and refunded the printer and Geek Squad service. Looking at other plans out there, Geek Squad is much less and in-store service.

I haven't used geek squad yet,but I do want my free ink, because it already says low ink( black ink cartridge, ad promised 3 months free ink, 21 days ago we installed the ink and started printing in the new printer, app say "low ink", HOW CAN I ORDER FREE INK?

Geeksquad for small appliances is the best investment. There is no trying to fix it they just replace it. Saves time and money. You just need to add the new plan to the new appliance that you exchanged it for.

Got say, I never was the type that like to get insurance or warranties on items. BestBuy Geek Squad, MANH! they make it soo easy to help. Everything always get fixed or replaced, FAST! no questions! I now buy warranties at BestBuy for everything I day there. I knows is gonna last twice my expectation. THANK YOU

I almost always purchase extended warranty when I purchase new products. Because I just purchased this for the Epson XP 7100 which is not one month old yet, I must give it 5 stars because Best Buy stands behind their products.

I feel this is a good value for the money. The replacement cost of any of the items covered would be well worth it in case of breakage or damage.

I got this warranty on my HP printer. So far my printer has not giving me any problems! I haven’t had to use my warranty but it’s really great to have.

I love this. It mops as well as a swiffer wet jet. No a deep clean but perfect for in between your deepee mopping.

This is a very good insurance coverage for my electronic devices. It the worry out of the equation.

HIGHLY getting replacement ins on certain products. I needed the warranty just in case I had an issue with our printer and so happy with their service. Not all things need this but nice to have the peace of mind when making a big purchase.

Get the protection plan on all your electronics. The plan usually last longer than the product. And they will replace it with a new one the same day if you can pick it up.

I bought the Best Buy warranty, so when my printer failed I upgraded to a tank system printer and was not charged the additional insurance, because I bought it the first time. Best Buy won over a customer for life. Normally I do not buy the warranty but have had some problems with printers in the past and did this time. Buying the warranty saved me money this time.

I never had to use this service yet, but I know that if I do need them, they will be able to help me because I needed their help before, and they did help me.
