I don't usually buy extra protection on products I buy but I did for my printer and it was definitely worth it! I already had to take advantage of it and replace my printer when I accidentally broke it!! Definitely a great thing to buy if you arent a perfect person!

Have always enjoyed the service from Geek Squad. Got this for a printer I found at a great price so I figured I’d have it protected for a few years.

I purchased this plan based on a previous experience I had when a different product had technical problems. It was a great help to be able to get support and questions answered at me local store when I needed to utilize a previously purchased Product Replacement Plan.

I purchased the warranty for the onli.ne printer and it was a good deal. Good thing I did because the primter had a lot of problems and needed to be replaced . With the best buy warranty all I had to do was return it to the store and they gave me anew one immediately

I always liked the Best Buy coverage policy. It’s pretty simple...bring the defected one and take a new one if they can’t fix it. I am very happy with how they do it seamlessly except one incident when they had some issues finding my receipts in the Best Buy account for a particular item and I stayed there for over an hour to resolve it.

Great way to protect your investment. Something goes wrong and BestBuy will replace it no questions asked.

Lightning knocked out my cable modem. An hour later I had the new one in hand. No hassle, no problem. No if only Comcast knew what they were doing, It took them hours and 2 different support calls to provision the unit and make it work. Download speed is 115 Mbps.

I've used this on many occasions, it's a worthwhile investment. However, I can't help but feels that it's a bit wasteful. Many times a tech product is replaced rather than a repair attempted.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

I purchased protection for my printer. The printer cost a good chunk of change so it only made since to purchase some protection because you just never know when things can take a turn left.

I usually pick up the product replacement when I buy a product on the more expensive side as an insurance against damage. I have not had any bad experiences when it comes to replacing a damaged device.

When I bought my item I had a lot of problems however I was accommodated until we could set up my apple tv correctly. The mouse never connected to the drive and we were over nighted a new mouse! We eventfully got a brand new setup and have had no problems since.
