Havent had to use for this product, but have always purchased. Easy to use and money or replacement comes fast.

Absolutely worth the money for any product you buy. They try to fix, or send back to company. If they can't, they offer you something equal to what you have if available.

I've had to use Geek Squad 3 times and each time has been a great experience. Having a product malfunction isn't fun but it's great to know that they have my back.

I highly recommend 2 year Geek Squad product replacement. I have had products I bought at BestBuy go on the fritz, and I just took the product back to BestBuy and they either fixed it or gave me a replacement. No boxing anything up and sending it back to the manufacturer. Highly recommended!

I normally don't like to buy product replacement plans but $20 seemed reasonable, especially since I've had issues with other printers in the past.

I am not a super tech-savy person, and I do purchase product replacement from time to time, depending on the cost of the unit. I have only had to use it once, but it was worth it and easy. The Geek Squad rocks -- and did everything they could to take care of me -- and they did! Thanks Geek Squad!

I purchased a product after a few months the product was not working right I took it back to Best Buy where my 2 year replacement plan kicked in the transaction was so easy and simple to go through, I replaced my product with ease And was able to get a new 2 year replacement plan on my new product thank you Best Buy you are the greatest.

I made the salesperson repeat the price for the 2 year printer service contract with the Geek Squad for only $5 twice, because it sounded too amazing to be true. My track record with printers in the past has not been good. Now I can print worry free, knowing that the Geek Squad is there to help me with printer problems or replace it completely, free of charge.

While I haven't had to use this latest product replacement agreement I have in the past. This is probably the easiest and most useful extended coverage you can buy for any electronic device. It's worth the money so don't forget to add it to your purchase.

Have had the Geek Squad Protections for several years. They have installed Ring Cameras and TVs, and fixed laptops and TVs. I will never be without this protection and you should not either.

Everytime I purchase at bestbuy i always check if it is come with geek squad protection plan... even though it is a top brand... If something happened on the unit or deviced purchased.. geek squad always taking care of it! Having a geek squad protection plan you always have a peace of mind..

I hate to say but this is not the best printer. Most of the time my printer falls off line and disconnect, I can’t just click scan and scan to my printer. I have to only use the app and that’s very inconvenient. My other Hp allowed me to scan to email but this one doesn’t. So if I could I would not get again.

Geek squad is amazing and siper helpful. Their reliability is a plus.

Geek Squad protection is a no brainer, especially the Replace Plan. Within 2 years, if you have any issues with your item, from normal wear and tear, dust, heat, humidity, power surge, etc., Best Buy will replace or issue store credit on what you paid. I get GSP on all of my purchases!

I love Geek Squad warranties for my larger purchases. Well worth the investment. Best Buy never hassles and honors their warranties immediately and even when they have to send your product off for service, it is usually very quick and they allow you to track your item .

Will always recommend the replacement plan. The ease of getting a new product if something happens is next to none.
