Purchased this for grandson’s kindel. Had to use it as he broke it on vacation. Had to have a slight debate at the time of replacement, as I had purchased the original on sale and it wasn’t on sale at the time. After a few minutes they finally replaced the product. No hard feelings.

GSP Woot. I purchase this for my Logitech H800 Wireless headphones. I use these daily and as such. I purchased GSP to protect my investment. As much as I use these, I expect them to fail. Only time will tell, however, Logitech are reliable and high quality.

Took my printer to the Geek Squad to see if it could be repaired and I walked out with a whole new printer. Yay me!

The geeks helped me mount my tv and set everything up. They informed me on how to connect the tv apps through my phone and how it has interesting features! They were very friendly and helpful I would recommend you ask them for assistance if your not very knowledgeable about electronics.

When I am uncertain of a product I use protection plan. With printers I get The protection because my printers are not used often and stay on. Thus the ink will dry and clog the heads. With protection you just walk into best buy and swap it out. That simple.

Thank god I got Geek Squad protection, saved me over $200 in replacement, which covered the GS cost itself. I'll always get it with important appliances.

Great insurance! It's a must for any expensive purchase. The benefits of the Geek Squad Product Replacement program far outweigh the cost. Best Buy is very good when it comes to service and support, that's why I keep coming back to Best Buy!

We order all our electronics from Best Buy just to get the Geek Squad Services. They are very useful and helpful.

I'm not normally a fan of product replacement plans but I have found that for computer printers they are a good deal. Many of my past printers have conked out within a year or two and need to be replaced. With the low cost of these replacement plans, they have definitely worked for me. I had no trouble getting my money back so I could buy a new printer.

Peace of mind and knowing that I can have my unit replaced and then add another protection plan on the new product is incredible. I used this on a pair of wireless gaming headphones. My previous pairs were notorious breakers and I treat them like they were your mom’s special dinnerware. Highly recommend the peace of mind!

No one should be without these!! I know they say not to buy extended warranties etc.. but these plans are definitely worth the expenditure, especially as they cover accidents- and when you have two children---- I have the plans on items both large and small!! Would certainly recommend.

HP printer has great printing quality and easy to use monitor for the options. Happy it includes the fax option for those rare but important fax requests. Scanning is quick and easy also. Definitely recommend.

I get the Geek Squad service knowing that I will never use it. After two years, it is probably cheaper to replace my personal item if it breaks than getting a new Geek Squad contract. I would rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it

The warranty lives up to expectations I know if I have any problems I can take it back i and it will be fixed. That gives me peace of mind.

I love the idea of purchasing this 2 yr product replacement. My print that I purchased just stopped working. I mean literally just shut off and died. It was about 4 months after the purchase that I took it back to Best Buy. Best Buy just asked me what happened, I told them and the ordered me a new one! It was quick and easy.

Always easy to get a repair or replacement when things go wrong. I love to get open box items in excellent condition and use my savings to get a warranty so I have guaranteed use for a specific number of years. In this case it was 4 years.
