My my 5 year old iPad Air 2 needed a new battery. Geek Squad sent it in to Apple for replacement. I ended up receiving a brand new iPad of the same model. I restored the data and everything works great. Very satisfied.

I never purchase technology devices, including a printer, without a Geek Squad maintenance agreement which includes product replacement. It means there is always assistance when needed and if a replacement is needed, it is a quick and simple process.

I’ve had to call in the middle of the night (several times) regarding my computers. Geek Squad has come through every time. Wait times are pretty accurate (shorter, never longer than what they say. They will even call you when everything is done.

The agent easily set up my new Google Nest wireless network. He went the extra mile to reconfigure the Ring doorbell to work properly with the Nest. And he ensured the TV's were working well too. I can always count on Geek Squad's great customer service

As long as this warranty remains the same it is amazing. I’ve had hardware that I’ve purchased with this warranty any issues for example headphones start to crackle I can just walk right in and replace them for the same product or an equal value product no questions asked it’s really a good warranty I highly recommend it.

Printer is fast! I can be anywhere and print from my phone, due to Wi-Fi! The USB port is a convenient option to keep things organized without the need to use a computer! Awesome!

I have had Geek Squad Product Replacement before and if something ever happened to my printer they would just give you a new one like you had or something compatible. They don't work or repair printers.

Purchased this more as a “just in case” as it was given as a gift. The printer it’s replacing (GE) lasted all of 8 months and I didn’t get the warranty for that. Big mistake.

Geek squad has replaces a Nintendo switch and $150 headphones. If you buy something for your kids, buy the protection!

Bought them as a backup so I haven’t used them yet. The same one came with my new printer and work great and we’re easy to install.

It gives great peace of mind to know that I can contact the Geek Squad if there any issues with my devices. Having the ability to replace a faulty device is a great insurance policy!
