You replaced my product immediately. I just brought in into the store and 300 dollar pair of headphones and you replaced them immediately and gave me a extended warranty

Love the product would recommend this to anybody who wants it.

When I bought my Zagg Rugged keyboard for my iPad I purchased the Geek Squad 2-year replacement policy since I had problems with Zagg hinge in the past. Sure enough, after about 18 months my hinge was very loose. Took it into Best Buy and with no questions they replaced it with a new one.

You never know that’s why I got it I haven’t had to use it yet but I got it if I need it so thank you Best Buy for being the best buy in the best people the best company out there awesome makes me happy

Have used it several times they’re really good at what they do sometimes things some work out for me but other times most of the times they do like today I got disconnected but it wasn’t his fault he did help me thank you

This was not my first choice but when I arrived at the store, it was on sale, for $100 off and I was in a hurry, so I bought this one...What a great decision it turned out to be! I am very happy with the machine and not one problem with it, I easy to set up as a wireless network printer, and a great set of features.

Bought the protection plan on my printer hopefully I never need to use it

I have used Best Buy warranties time and time again and they are one of the best around that I've dealt with they never have any problems with me anytime I have any problem with the product and they automatically replace it for me I always recommend getting the warranty from Best Buy

When it comes to expensive electronics BestBuy has the best policy in their warranty coverage. Be it accidental damage or certain parts going bad, its better to have it and not need it IMHO. Worth the money I say...

We have had several agents install different TVs for us over the past 5 months and the service is second-to-none! All of the agents were extremely professional and continuously checked in with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

I purchased the 4-year Geek Squad Service for my HP DeskJet 3755 wireless printer. Why? Because, at $20 for four years, it was a great bargain!!!

I purchased this to go with my printer and I am so thankful! In the past, I haven’t purchased this and my printers have had issues that weren’t worth fixing and paying for. This will be so helpful if and when an issue arises!

Really glad I got this. After only one year, my HP printer stopped working completely, and I was able to get a new Epson printer, but since it cost a little more, I just needed to pay the difference between the two printers.

We love Best Buy, their Retail Team, and the Geek Squad. Since we're big fans, the 4-Year Plan only makes sense. We've always been impressed with their install pros and the good advice we get on other products.

It’s always good to have coverage protection for essential items. I would much rather ha e the coverage and not have to use it than to need the coverages and NOT have it at my use when needed!!!!

Haven't used the services yet but its great to know i have printer replacement protection.

I enjoy my printer. It was very reasonable and it works well.

Love geek squad. Never had a problem with anthing ive bought from best buy other than a 65" tv and they refunded me my complete purchase price including geek squad.
