It's hard to put a price on peace of mind, but I suppose a 4 year warranty gets pretty close.

I always buy the Geek Squad Warranty on all purchases that it is available. I have had to use it a couple of times, and well worth the purchase of it.

Called once because I thought my Razor Kraken Headphones weren't working the guy was very patient on the phone and didn't treat me like dirt because my only problem was that the headphones were slightly out of my ps4 controller headphone jack.

I just used this on my Logitech G900 Chaos Spectrum Gaming Mouse. A purchase of $150, $170 with the Protection Plan. Instead of spending a total of $300 on two mouses, I spent $170 and got a defective mouse replaced. It's insurance, complain about it when you don't use it, and rave about it when you do.

I have used this service for both of our laptops. I'm not a geek so getting them to set up our older laptop with Webroot sure saved me time and energy. They are very quick with the service and usually have finished solving our problem before the date they indicated it would be fixed.

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement is an absolute necessity when needing technical or warranty support in my humble opinion with any type of software or technical devices purchased at/with Best Buy and I would advise if anyone has the means to buy an even longer protection plan ;-)

The process was quite long and tedious with trying to get my washing machine fixed. The communication between the vendor and the geek squad protection seemed to be a little lacking but that could’ve been partly the vendors fault.

4yr product replacement, for a great price. Kicks in after factory 1yr(or 2yr) and is a must. Printers break out of no where My last hp printer lasted about 9 yrs and just went out sending a fax.

I bought a printer for my daughter and decided to add the 2 year extended warranty. I am so glad that I did that because she didn't have it long when the printer stopped working. It would scan but would not print. She was able to exchange it for a new printer thanks to having purchased the warranty.

This is definitely a plus to get, since it protects your investment from breaking down to keep you going on with what you're doing.

We bought two pairs on speaker head phone and we're very happy with them. We bought 4 external speakers and we're very happy with them. We bought a WiFi attachment to use with our new speaker head phones and it works quite well.

The agents from Best Buy was able to set-up my new system and examine it to confirm it's running smoothly. Geek Squad tech support answered all of my questions as well. This added coverage plan is a great way to product your investment.

As I have learned from past experiences, having the extra peace of mind in equipment protection is a must! You never know when it may falter on you. So when it does it’s best to have a back up plan. I’d rather pay for the extra protection and not need it than need it and not have it!

I’m so glad I got a warranty on the tv it was the best thing I ever did. The service man was great and he knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t take to long to fix the Tv. Thank you for the great service.
