I love getting Geek Squad protection because you never know when you'll need it. I've never had a problem with swapping out broken electronics or getting something fixed.

This small, external back up drive is perfect to protect your files. It was easy to set up and works well. Just wish that it had a monitor light indicator so you know when it is working. Very quiet.

Would recommend everyone gets the extra warranty. I had purchased it on a printer and the printer died before it’s time. Took it back with the extra warranty information and was given a brand new orintet

I always have problems with printers and paper shredders so this is completely worth the $5 for 2 years where is normally I smashed things into little pieces when they don't work and I can't figure out why

I haven't had the need to replace my product yet but people at Bestbuy are always helpful and answer all of my questions when I'm there and that is why i keep coming back

For someone who doesn't know much about computers, I'm glad that I have a support team behind me. They are truly & totally geeks. Everyone needs them.

I did not even have to take my printer in. I had a question and gave them a call they and they told me what to do over the phone and fixed the problem in no time.

24/7 accessible - Never had a tech problem that Geek Squad could not handle and would not handle. Knowledge of a variety of tech devices-how to install and troubleshoot.

Its very easy to set up. I had no problems at all. Easy to load the paper. Works well and not too expensive. I highly recommend this printer.

This is a great service, but not without its frustrations. Some techies are not as good as others, and much depends and on getting the right person. As a user, one has to have time & patience for an online consultation, and also to realize that not every solution is going to be perfect. This being said, I will renew my contact when this one expires.

Buying the replacement insurance for my headset is the best thing I've done because since I use my headset daily 8 hrs a day they can become worn and frayed and needs to be replaced in approximately one years time

I'm never disappointed protecting our purchases when it comes to have teenagers in the house. They seem to be harder on equipment than I remember being.

Wouldn't be without it. If I have a problem with my product I call for help. If the problem still exists I take it in and it is either fixed or replaced.

Having Geek squad is always handy I get this especially when I have to get a new computer. But what’s even better they also help with old computers as well.

Thankfully, I have not had to use this replacement warranty; and, hope that I will not. But, it provides peace of mind; when operability is essential, and awaiting a service procedure is NOT an option.

For a fairly low price I can take the printer back to Best Buy for 2 years with no worries. Great idea on an item I bought for my older father because I’m not sure what he might do to the printer!

Any electronic issues I have Geek Squad is there to save the day. Its nice to have friendly people on your side. I will always pay to have Geek Squad backing my purchases!
