You generally can’t go wrong with the protection plan! Most things that are made these do not stand the test of time, but if you add the plan then you can take it back when it dies out and get a new one.

I brought in my previous printer that was having problems and the Geek Squad immediately offered me a refund which I used to buy a new HP printer right away. I was able to get back to the jobs I needed to finish and print that same day. The service was friendly and efficient.

I am hoping the price I paid for this coverage was worth it. It only covers the new printer if issues might arise. The best thing is that this coverage is for a specified period of time, and I like that.

I love the geek squad. Just make sure you call and make an appointment first because you may have to wait for a long time. If they are not busy no problem. It is not a waist of money because I have used the geek squad. I did have a computer that was 10 years old. Now I am updated with a new laptop computer. I made sure I still would be covered. Thank you.

Good to know I have protection although I have not needed to use

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a warranty, but here I am. Let me tell you, this thing is better than a bodyguard. I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet (don't ask) and thought it was done for. But thanks to this warranty, I was able to get it fixed for free. And when I say fixed, I mean it was like new. It was so good, I almost wanted to drop it in the toilet again just to see if they could fix it twice. But seriously, this warranty is a lifesaver. It's like having a superhero on speed dial. So if you're clumsy like me or just want some extra peace of mind, get this warranty. It's worth every penny. And who knows, maybe you'll even start dropping your phone on purpose just to test it out. Don't worry, I won't judge

I love this plan for printers. I needed to have 2 printers replaced and this plan saved me money. The process was so easy for me. In and out with my new printer. I’ll always get it for my printers.

Saved me on HP printer with internal broke parts BEST BUY made it good and replaced

I had to use this service once when I brought back a very expensive rug shampooer that had quit working 3 1/2 years after purchase. Best buy (Geek Squad) took it back without any problem and I receive my original payment plus taxes in FULL. You can't beat Best Buy for service to the customer.

Glad to have a warranty. Soon, I will have to utilize it because it is not printing in color like it suppose to. It will not print blue … Don’t really know how to rate but, I am confident Best Buy will help me. In the past, they have provided great customer service! That’s why I am giving Best Buy 5 Stars :)
