Bought the four year Geek Squad product replacement plan just in case an issue should arise!It just gives me reassurance that someone is a phone call or email away just in case I need help or assistance!

Why would you buy anything from Best Buy and not put a warranty on it? Don't be a fool, Best buy has one of if not the best warranty on items I have ever seen! I don't leave the store with any purchase with out that bad boy. Things happens, and I like to be covered if they do!

This e reader is the best also it is efficient in battery life so i takes a long time to go to zero.

Have always enjoyed the service from Geek Squad. Got this for a printer I found at a great price so I figured I’d have it protected for a few years.

Purchased a new 65 in Sony tv and I had Geek Squad install it they did a great job also showed me how to use it and hooked up my surround system.

I've been buying from the same store in Kalispell,MT for years. They are very knowledgeable and very quick to diagnose a problem. In the event that I've had to return an item they were THE BEST! Thanks guys for all your advice and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Cannot go wrong with having this option, protection and service. It's necessary if you've got equipment that might need help at some point. If you're not a tekkie, it's worth it

5 lousy bucks for a 2 year no questions asked replacement policy? Sign me up!! All I have to do is show I didn't abuse it by dropping it and busting it open, or by spilling coffee or soda or water all over it. Fantastic price and policy, thanks BB!

Never believed in extended warranties before but the best buy cost was so reasonable. A small piece broke on a new printer and no worries. The Geek squad took care of everything.

I purchased a geek squad protection plan for backup because the benefits of having it are well worth it. It's just pennies towards your investment and without it you could possibly end up coming out of pocket with absurd amounts of money for repairs or replacements.

I love the ease and reliability of all of the geek squad protection services. They will either fix the problems promptly or replace products no questions asked.

this replacement plan is a no brainer... anything from malfunction to user error even damage from dust will be fixed or replaced.. walked into best buy with my purchase explained my problem ..they took care of it just like that so affordable a couple dollars for two years

I've used this on many occasions, it's a worthwhile investment. However, I can't help but feels that it's a bit wasteful. Many times a tech product is replaced rather than a repair attempted.

This production is well worth the cost. I purchased a high-DSL total was over $2500, 00. Carried it to my local store because they were unable to repair it they replaced it to my surprise. I would recommend this protection for all high-end purchases.
