Took a printer back after 15 months use, during corona virus curbside service. Left with a new replacement printer without ever leaving my car. The best service I've ever had, and I'm 80 years old. :)

I've used there warranty before on a printer, and I can say it was worth it. Know that it isn't a scam. You want to ask yourself if you would rather pay 14 dollars , to cover something worth 100+. If you use it frequently, think about protecting yourself!

When my last printer went bad I had bought the geek squad 2 year free fix or replacement and they checked out my faulty printer and gave me a new replacement. I also bought the 2 year protection with this new printer and would not do without their protection!

Basically if you buy a high ticket item from Best Buy and you need the additional coverages to keep the machine or appliance or computer running this is the best thing that you can do

I added the 2 year product replacement on a set of headphones, not once, but twice. Used it 2 times. The last time we used the credit and upgraded the head phones but still bought the 2 year replacement plan on those too! Good peace of mind.

I haven’t used it. But it’s good to have peace of mind with extended warranty.
