I only had to use my protection once in the two years since I made purchase. Thankfully I had it because there was not cost out of my pocket which would have been more than the cost of Geek Squad Protection. Highly Recommend!

Geek squad has the best warranties. I try to buy all my gadgets from Best Buy for the warranty.

It can be rare, but you can experience a product failure, and you just have to judge if the "peace of mind value for you". My experience is that if you have the Best Buy protection, it can often turn a bad situation into a simple fix.

I purchased the added protection for the Pioneer head unit after the factory Toyota unit went out after only 2 years.

We always get the plan! Such ease in utilizing if the need arises.

Sometimes Geek squad protection doesn't make sense to buy and sometimes it does. I think it makes sense here. I've used it before, and there's usually no hassle.

I recommend geek squad service. The geek squad seems to always give customers the service they deserve and expect. I'm the most trusting person, but I trust them.

I have purchased the protection plans through Geek Squad on almost all of my Best Buy purchase. I have had an issue with a product and it was handle quickly and in my favor.

The agents always know how to fix my device problems, did an in-home installation of my TV and accessories. I always leave satisfied with my product and the service I get from the agents.

I only get the protection plan on certain things that I know are prone to breaking over time like TV's and laptops. It's nice to have and BB makes it easy to get the item repaired or replaced.

I purchased it for peace of mind. The 3 year plan. Havent had to use it yet so cant honestly review it but if i do have to use it i will certainly give my honest review of all aspects of the plan.
