never needed the product, but if you do, send it. cant go wrong with protection

I always purchase the extra or extended warranties when i buy any products that are eligable. I believe that this extra or extended service is a very reasonable insurance for said products & would suggest to all customers to purchase it when you can.

Warranties are a must for electronics, and Best Buy has some the best warranties you can get. Had a problem with an item before and it was replace and fixed before I could say anything. Good idea to get the warranty fo the most amount of years as you can. That way your guaranteed that product for those amount of years.

Installation was so smooth, and even the audio in my car got improved.Able to connect with bluetooth,Aux,USB.....I Liked it

Highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection. It's a 4 year product warranty, but a lifetime install warranty. I've had problems with the wiring in my car after the warranty expired, and they quickly fixed the issue without charge. Highly satisfied.

Like all extended protections, it feels good to have it if anything goes wrong. I especially like this one because I was told it will cover the items I bought as well as the removal and replacement. I haven’t had to use it yet so we will see how it goes.

I bought it, even though I normally don't, for my car speakers. I HOPE I don't need to use it. But from my experiences in the past....I have needed to use it and they honor it pretty easily..no hassle returns. And they fix or replace anything that is covered.

The warranty should start after the manufacture warranty expires and not at the same time. If your item breaks during the manufacture warranty Bestbuy will replace it hassle free which is outstanding, never have had any problems with that

I TEND TO NEVER BUY A PRODUCT ON A WHIM OR AS A SPONTANEOUS PURCHASE. I ALWAYS WANT TO BUY A PRODUCT THAT HAS A GOOD REVIEW. I THOROUGHLY RESEARCHED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE I PURCHASED IT.

I would not purchase a car radio receiver without this protection. They have many funtions and require electronics to work pretty hard. I have had to use it and it saved my over $300

Added Geek Squad Protection of my in dash radio. It is great to have this protection if you need it. A wire came loose on my radio and they fixed it. No problem and no charge!
