Always buy a warranty. Better to buy and not need it. Unlike Walmart and other planes like them they use a 3rd party service. Bestbuy does warranty in store. Only have to use a warranty a hand full of times but has always been great

I really haven't had to use this yet but just knowing that it's available in case puts my mind at ease. I bought it because every once in a while, I can buy something and have a problem so I just wanted to be ready in case no matter if I never need it. For me, sometimes a friendly voice can help fix an issue before needing to return something.

Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness! Have used the Gerk Squad in the past, which is why I purchased this coverage. Squad members are invariably knowledgeable, reliable and polite. As we all know, people tend to get a little touchy when their their electronics have shall we say a hiccup, that we don’t understand.

I always recommend the protection plan. Though most items BB sells are of good quality, it doesn't mean that something weird won't happen or, if its a handheld item, someone won't accidentally drop the good quality item. If you don't want to buy another one in 2 years, its worth getting the plan now.

bought these awesome blink cameras and battery life called for almost 2 years talked me into getting the squad service. great thing i did because one camera needed help it would charge brought it to the squard as a walk in and the dude fixed it right away no hassle no wait time and wasvery knowledgeable greta job
