Steer clear

Since they closed so many stores instead of having one 10 minutes away now the nearest location is 60 miles away. No way to file the claim online have to physically go to a store that isn’t close. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy there is just much better more convenient options. The first claim I had was on a surround speaker that had obvious popping in the store after 2 send offs the matter was never resolved they sent it back stating it didn’t need repair. Also had to bring the receiver sub woofers and all speakers to send it all off for one corner speaker. Don’t waste your time with Best Buy or geek squad unless you have one close but that’s not a guarantee either so just avoid Best Buy unless you want to spend 30 plus minutes plus on hold to actually speak to someone who has to make an appointment for you to even bring the item.

I have Google Nest Hub Max and two there hubs that appear to be defective. The only option is to bring items to store for diagnosis. I explained to agents that I am unable to travel and if they had other options such as shipping. The answer is NO. I'm very disappointed.

Geek squad protection plan

HOW can the plan start BEFORE the release date?

Strongly recommended for appliances and expensive

This nest camera is definitely something I would use it for.

They truly suck.

Hours of calls transferred to 8 people first day 11 second day finally was hung up on. Never able to make it work with new tv. Last woman said the geek squad I paid for does nothing in terms of getting assistance in making it actually work. 2nd tv swap as 1st had processed issues. Would never suggest anyone buy anything from Best Buy. Are not even allowed to speak to Amat actual store. They don’t care once they have your money. All agents on phone are non English speaking and their only go to advise is processer problem. Highly dissatisfied. Never again

Deceptive terms and fully unsatisfied customer here.

Waste of money and time!

Recipes don’t work, I’ve cream is too soft, no color - lemon and Orange flavored cream both look like vanilla. Additional recipe book purchased does not make enough for full pint, so processing is not accurate. Warranty purchased is not honored by Kevin, assistant store manager.
