I personally will never buy any product from Best Buy without there product protection plan. They will help you with anything that may come up. And if they can’t they will replace or point you in the right direction.

The 4 year Geek Squad product replacement service came in handy with one of our Ring video doorbells stopped working. The doorbell was replaced with no problem. Happy we purchased the service when we purchased the product.

Accidents happen and its nice to know a little investment in insurance can save you later. Its peace of mind.

Hopefully will not need extended "geek squad" warranty but feels nice to know they are there for me.

Ya know ive always thought these were a havk, but i had an issue with a dvd/surround sound setup, they couldnt fix it so i was given store credit to purchase a new one. Very happy customer

When purchasing an expensive or electronic item from Best Buy, I always purchase the Geek Squad Protection plan. I've had several items under the Geek Squad plan replaced with no worries.

I called to reschedule and they right away work with my schedule to meet my needs. Really helpful guys!
