There is no better warranty support than Geek squad. This is the main reason I shop at Best Buy. If I am not sure about a products reliability I will buy it from Best Buy even if it isn’t the lowest price.

I was looking to replace my Keurig and this coffee machine is perfect.

I haven’t used this service but it just good to know they are there if I need them.

The geek squad replacement is a great produce. We had to use it one time for a television and it worked flawlessly. You might not always want it for all products but on a larger purchase it is well worth the money. I think with repair prices being what they are these days, it is actually a bargain for the price. I hope you never have to use it but it sure is nice to have if things go wrong as they sometimes do.

Been using these for about 4 years now, power supply stop working, Bestbuy 4 year warranty came in handy about to receive. New system no problem.

Love the 4 yr warranty plan!! I have this on both cameras, it’s a very good plan if something goes wrong in the 4 yrs that I own my cameras they won’t repair the ones I own!! They will give me new ones to replace the broken/faulty cameras I have! Great policy!!

the agents that set up my computer was very professional and receive good geek squad service prior to COVID-19, but since then, the service definitely downhill. The technicians were not knowledgeable not to mention that I need to wait a minimum of 6 hours to get any service. Normally after they are done, no communications from the technician, the problem is not resolved. I need to followup on having my computer serviced.

At the checkout the cashier asked me if I would like an extra warranty on the Ninja Foodie XL Foodie. Of course I wanted one. They were not cheap by no means. So I purchased a 4 year Replacement Warranty; to insure I could have it replaced if anything happened to it. Smartest thing I ever did! This saves me time and money in the long run! Recommend this product and the warranty to Anyone!! Very Satisfied!
