Got this protection haven’t needed to use it yet but you never know better safe than sorry

Every time I buy and electronic I get the geek squad product replacement. it comes in very handily

I had an issue with the Ring Door Bell 4. I called Ring and they said it would be best to just exchange the device for a new one. So I contacted Geek Squad protection via the chat feature to learn what steps I should take to make the exchange. The representative was from a foreign country (which Best Buy should hire US workers). More importantly, the representative would not read what I had written. Completely ignored it. Then ask me repetitive questions what were already addressed. Then after saying Ring explained I should exchange for a new device at Best Buy, the representative told me to talk to Ring to get help. It was just an uncomfortable back and forth, and a waste of time. Really disappointed in Best Buy

They are worth it in store but they need People who can speak excellent English with phone support
