So far I've used my geek squad protection plan only once for my TV sound. I had no issues with receiving a gift card to purchase a new one.

I haven't had to use it but I have used it for other things in the past and found that it's really helpful to have geek squad for a certain things. This nest camera is definitely something I would use it for.

Bought Geek squad protect on both of the Quest 2 headsets which weren't released until 10/13, and received on 10/13, yet the protect plan started on 10/08 and 10/09 ..??? Not Fair.

I got this so I could be secure in my purchase if it broke. I feel that the prices should be lower on the warranty's you seem a little greedy.

The machine is hard to lock the pint container in place, therefore it takes multiple tries, and some prayers, to even start the process. Recipes don’t work, I’ve cream is too soft, no color - lemon and Orange flavored cream both look like vanilla. Additional recipe book purchased does not make enough for full pint, so processing is not accurate. Warranty purchased is not honored by Kevin, assistant store manager.

A little difficult to use but does the job had trouble with the top but have to mess with it to make sure it sit right before turning on

Geek squad is a really good plan to have I just don’t like every time you use your warranty you have to keep buying a new one when you get your game system replaced

Have not used this protection on my cameras but with them being outside it made sense

Love the fact of a item is damaged it can be replaced with the insurance. I didn’t like that I gave to purchase the insurance every time it’s used bc it can’t be carried over

The geek squad service at Best Buy is friendly and communication is great but third party geek squad will try to rip you off. They tried to charge me for a service that is covered with my warranty

Not sure if necessary. Bought as a safety precaution
