    Wemo app not working and no solution in sight!

    Wemo app is not currently functioning. No communication from the company regarding a solution. All of these items are as useful as standard light switches you can buy at a hardware store. Save your money and buy a 3 dollar switch elsewhere. Sorry Best Buy. This is not your fault. It all falls on Wemo.

    They always disconnect and one of the cameras can’t download the software so it’s worthless. The company cannot figure out the problem and can’t accept the camera is not worth it.

    poor quality and worth buying it. Even I can not return it. I don't why best buy changed its return policy to only 15 days without any notice to the customers.

    DO NOT BUY!!! I'm a computer guy and I wasted hours trying to set this up with my Google home app. Finally gave up.

    Wont stay on the wall.

    These fell off my wall after about 1 month. It was a smooth painted drywall without any texture. I wrote to the company and they said "just go buy some more". I would expect if they fail in 30 days they could send a replacement.

    My batteries last 2 weeks…not 2 years. I would not waste your money on this. I’m pretty sure the majority of the 5 star reviews are fake.

    Geeksquad could not install and did not refund me

    I bought a video door bell but the installer said it will not work with my doorbell system. He said he would take it back and you would be refunded. 2 weeks lter and calling so many times I got no help and no refund.
