just purchase the devise, did not use their services yet. however, whenever i used them they are usually efficient and patient in assisting with the issues.

I haven’t had to use Geek Squad services often, however, the times I have the people have been patient and helped me through my tech issues.

When you buy any devise, ya better get the warranty with it. Ya will pay alot less than replace or fix it, if something happens to it.

It's always nice to have Warranties and not need them, then need it and don't have it! I do this for All of my stuff that requires Warranties!
