Thankfully, I have never had to use these additions for my purchases. Decades ago, I did use the Geek Squad protection plan for a laptop I purchased. The free battery included with the plan (after the battery included with laptop died) was well worth the extra money spent on the plan. In my interactions with Geek Squad, I found them to be competent, friendly, professional, and easy to utilize. The good thing about BB is that every purchase you make is logged online, so there is less need to keep up with those frivolous papers that show what you purchased and when. I recommend if your purchase is more than a hundred or so bucks. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have.

Geek squad is a most items are expensive and sometimes they good bad for no reason

I’d say so far it is a great investment for the comfort of knowing that it’s available, but I haven’t had to use it.

As usual the customer service from Best Buy in my experiences have been great! They are patient and well trained.

Recommend on all items, they fix til they can't. Or replace
