I purchased Geek Squad protection for a Level Smart lock that failed after two years. I was told that I needed to make an instore appointment for the repair. This makes no sense as the problem is with an installed lock - and it needs to be remedies. Save your money and don't bother buying a protection plan that does nothing to protect you.
