Got the warranty with the echo being that I got an incredible sale. For a fraction of the full price, got extra protection for 4 years. Never know what can happen so well worth it.

Geek squad never fails. If I ever buy anything from Best Buy I always add the protection service. I’ve had to use them a few times and they always get things fixed or replaced fast. I never have problems dealing with them. I’m sure your products you never know, perfection 100% of the time on anything we buy is impossible. That’s why erasers were put on pencils.

I never had much of an issue with geek squad they were very respectful and nice and responsive.

Don’t purchase without Geek Squad protection. Everything get’s fixed or replaced as long as you purchase it and it’s still effective. Get the five year plan on big ticket items.
