Always get the geek squad service. Makes things easy

I say this in all my other reviews for geek squad protection, but it's really only worth it when you need it. If you can get them at a good deal then definitely buy it if not and you never need it, it's not worth it.

Geek Squad is pretty cool. But when you unable to go to the store to bring your item in. To get fixed, they will not come out to your house. And I don't think that's fair.

Haven't used it yet, so can't say whether it's worth anything or not. I suppose peace of mind is essentially what I bought and thus 3 stars at this time. I'll try to update, if I have any real experience with the GS service.

When it works it is good, but this unit is intermittent. Not sure what the issue is. Had to disconnect Andre connect to WiFi several times
