Geek Squad is one of the best services you could have.

Its a great product. Is just that after 2 years for some reason 2 of 4 camaras got disconected. Now only 2 are working

bought these awesome blink cameras and battery life called for almost 2 years talked me into getting the squad service. great thing i did because one camera needed help it would charge brought it to the squard as a walk in and the dude fixed it right away no hassle no wait time and wasvery knowledgeable greta job

I always buy the protection plan on everything that I buy. Some people think that it is expensive but if one of my devices is defective or breaks it is covered. There is no hassle when you go back to the store with a defective product and it is exchanged immediately.

With a product like a Swann Camera Surveillance system you need protection. I am impressed with Geek Squad. A dude name Bill knew his stuff and John, the store manager, from Bolingbrook really knows how to get things done. Thanks those 2 I will probably end up getting a TV, Surround plus installation sometime......
