Do yourself a favor an add the extended warranty to your electronics. You dont want to be dealer directly the manufacturer after your 3 thousand dollars tv brakes 2 years after you bought it

The Geek squad technicians were professional. The mounted my new tv and walked me through the whole process by explaining what they were doing to calibrate it.

As of 2020 I started to buy all of my electronics and anything else from Best Buy because of their geek squad. I found it very difficult to connect other warranty services with my products. It was such an easy selection when I was checking out and I feel confident I will be supported if anything goes wrong with my products.

Not normally a proponent of replacement plans, as I usually feel it it's a quality product, it should last. However, the Geek Squad is one area where I've never questioned the return on that investment!

The older gentleman was nice and professional. The younger gentleman seemed a little standoffish and didn’t know how to fix the remote control.

My old doorbell camera was acting wired, on hot days it stopped functioning. Geek squad return my products and I was able to get a new one. Geek squad protection plans are the best.

I have not use the geek squad yet! That’s a good thing! It means I haven’t had any issues. But it gives me peace of mind to know they’re there when I need them.

Purchased a wireless outdoor security camera set. The 4yr protection seems like a very worthwhile purchase as just about anything could go wrong when something is exposed to the elements all day everyday.

They told me at the store if anything goes wrong with my purchase they would replace it. No question asked. Hopefully nothing will happen But, if it does I will get a replacement. I am covered for four years. I won’t really know if this works until I need it. But it sounded really good and the price was worth it.

I bought the TV at BestBuy wonderful TV wonderful service. They delivered the TV mounted on my wall. Never had a problem very nice Guys, the Geek Squad insurance very good.

With three little kids running around, you might want to get this for a TV, or anything they might get their hands on.
