I pretty much buy all my electronics at Best Buy and I always get the protection plans. I’ve had to use some of them over the years and have always been happy with the service I get.

Haven't needed to use it but seems like good value coverage.

Had no problem returning it. And they gave me store credit because I didn't want that item I wanted something else.

Love them and very helpful when needed. Not to expensive

I recommend always getting the geek squad protection plan on larger purchases. I have never had an issue getting something serviced or replaced. It’s definitely worth the money.

I once bought a doorbell cam, & it lasted just past the 1 year manufacture warranty, I won’t make this mistake again, my son used to work for Geek Squad & he highly recommends this because Best Buy will honor it

Great service just in case needed- will save a ton

I had purchased Best Buy's 4-Yr GSP (Geek Squad Protection) for my Lenovo Smart Clock 2 with Wireless Charging Dock in Heather Grey. When it comes to issue(s) whether it be mechanical, electrical, or accidental spill, GSP covers it and it's always a no hassle process.

Better safe than sorry. Happy to have the opportunity to add this protection to my recent purchase.

I have use the Geek Squad service a couple of time and each time they are very helpful. The Replacement service is a must if you are going to purchase any technology. I had a Fitbit Charge they got a chip in the back of it and BestBuy offered me either a full refund since this item was no longer available.

Perfect for possible future issues to be resolved. They do their job every time.

The sales and technical staffs were very helpful and courteous about all of my questions. I took their recommendations and my purchase has worked out wonderfully.

As long as I'm buying anything of considerable value, I will always get the geek squad replacement plan. I don't care if it's an extra $300-$500. It's worth it to protect my investments. The associates at the geek squad are so nice and professional and it really is a good value for the money.
