These guys are nice very professional. They were in and out of my house within no time mounting my television.

I've learned the hard way to get this coverage. This covers accidents and the cost is based on the item that you buy so its not an outrageous extra fee to get this worry free protection. If it breaks just take it in to get it fixed or they will replace it. What more could you ask for?

I love to purchase all of my electronics through best buy because of Geek Squad. I truly have a since of mind knowing that I can get anything fixed. Every time I take a device to Geek Squad they either fix the item, send it back to the manufacturer or replace the item.

I always add a protection plan with all my purchases just to be on the safe side, even though best buy sells quality products, I've had some situations were some item came defective from the manufacturer and Geek squad always took care of any issues. It's a must have.

I brought this warranty for my grandmothers alexa device. It is worth the time and penny to cover your devices. My grandmother is up in age and she has greatgrandchildren great grandstepchildren, and great grand nieces and nephews. Lol. Its no telling what alexa will go through.
