Great Peace of mind coverage when you need it for your home or business.

The Arlo 4 Pro has been a very good quality camera The only issue I found is extreme cold temperatures seemed to affect one of the three cameras in the package. The other issue of note, is do not let the battery drain of its charge.

Geek Squad has come in handy numerous times. Easy to deal with Geek Squad rep on repair and easy to get credit if item doesn't qualify for repair.

The geek squad installed 3 ring cameras on my house. One is currently not working. The 4 year protection plan does not cover them coming to my house (with a ladder), to remove the camera. Don't purchase the protection. They won't follow through. On the phone trying to get a refund so that I can hire someone else to replace it.

I always buy the protection plans haven't had an issue with items but the 4 year is worth it especially because of covid. Items arent being produced like they were before.
