i have not used my protection plan, but why would you buy an item without it? everything i buy from best buy is always purchased with a protection plan

For the most part I will purchase a protection plan on electronics because you never know if you are purchasing an electronic that has a defect

What can I say it’s a protection plan. They are good to have if anything happens.

The reason I shop at Best Buy is for the coverage they offer. I have never had any problems with a product that they did not help me with.

Its a great device and idea, it Comes in handy for my grandmother because you don't have to pick out the window every 215 minute starting at 2 o'clocklol
