I haven't had a reason to use this. My husband installed it right away with no problems, So far so great. But i do love the geek squad !

I would definitely recommend this to anyone buying any electronic item that you prefer to be able to service and maintain rather than throw pay a pricey fee to have serviced elsewhere!

Purchased an OWL security system 3 years ago and have replaced 3 of tge 8 cameras. Installation is a breeze, the app works fairly well; but tge outdoor cameras fail within the year being exposed to Florida heat and rain! Disappointing! Seeking a new system since I cannot replace the cameras again! The only clear camera view is the frontdoor since it is not exposed to the elements. Again disappointing!

Really enjoy my Nest Cameras. The ability to connect with other nest products and "works with.." units make life easier. There may be other smart units available, I prefer Google Nest.

I didn’t like the first cameras I got. Went back buy something else and the girl that helped was great. Told her I didn’t like them they were junk and fortunately I was within the 60 days to replace and get money back . So I replaced. Haven’t really used the geek squad service it self

Having a simple and automatic warranty on any product you buy is extremely helpful, especially if the store you buy it from provides services to help troubleshoot or repair products. I've taken my laptops up there and had no issues with getting the right information I needed regarding what to do next.
