My grandsons both love this and got a second one ao now they dont have to share. This keeps them active bonus as well instead sitting in chair playing game LOVE LOVE IT. Any parent should get one to keep kids out from in front of tv. P.s. ADULTS LOVE IT TO LOL

Have yet to use but still great to have in case it needs to be used. So far I’ve only had to return one thing and they took care of it because they didn’t have a replacement so I was able to get a refund instead.

I would suggest to anyone who is shopping in Best Buy, to purchase this coverage. I have had to put in a claim 2x, for different products, and Best Buy replaced with no issues. I have purchased this coverage at least 10x with 10 different products...Would recommend 100%..

I have been using these cameras and system, for almost 2 years now. I have been really enjoying the ease of the camera system. The battery life of the cameras are amazing. I just ordered one more battery on amazon so I could have 2 on ready standby when I need to change them. I would very highly recommend to those who do not want to deal with wired camera home systems.

When needed, these plans are easy to use and completely back my products.

A great camera, I originally bought from Amazon without a warranty. I had it for two years and the range of motion went out on it. Could not fix it, so I bought one from BestBuy and bought the 4 year extended warranty with it. But that is why I gave it four stars. It is rthe best pan, tilt,night vision solar powered camera out there hands down. Hope this review is helpful

Geek squad was able to help me with no hesitation. They recommended I purchase the protection plan which I had which I never thought I'd have to use until my landlord smashed my ring doorbell and tore the camera off of my flood light in the back of the house . I thought NO WAY is this covered and called geeksquad expecting no help and they gladly told me to bring in my damaged items to exchange on the spot because I was covered. I'll always purchase the product protection they offer because it's hands down the best and the service is always amazing
