Will never buy anything without it, its like car insurance you may not need it but when you do your happy you have it....

I’d say so far it is a great investment for the comfort of knowing that it’s available, but I haven’t had to use it.

Geek squad has a much better warranty than most manufacturers and the staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

I always get the extended plans on electronics and if something goes wrong hopefully this plan will pay off.

Thankfully, I have never had to use these additions for my purchases. Decades ago, I did use the Geek Squad protection plan for a laptop I purchased. The free battery included with the plan (after the battery included with laptop died) was well worth the extra money spent on the plan. In my interactions with Geek Squad, I found them to be competent, friendly, professional, and easy to utilize. The good thing about BB is that every purchase you make is logged online, so there is less need to keep up with those frivolous papers that show what you purchased and when. I recommend if your purchase is more than a hundred or so bucks. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have.
