Wasted 9 hours of my time. Brought a defective replacement set of security cameras. Yelled at me in my home. Failed to get either set to work. Removed all cameras, mixed up the parts, then took what he wanted and left the rest. Nightmare!

I purchased items online but BestBuy refused to come fix the item or have me ship it to them for repair. I purchased it online since I am not near a store. I will stick with AllState warranty on Amazon next time.

Yet another joke that is very limited and they wont honor it... They look for any little reason to say sorry thats not going to be covered.

bad experience with geek squad when I took my laptop for repair; they never could repair it, and besides now the laptop as a loose screw and it has a gap underneath. terrible experience.

Takes one week to wait then get fixed, locks my weekend down with a in home repair and 12 hour window.

Take off the shelves! This particular model is defective and Arlo knows about it.

Did not work for me. Monitor Blacked out within a few months of purchase and they refused to honor it. It was worthless for me to have to pay for it. I had to buy a new monitor

once again , I was unaware of this.....Did I purchase, if I did??? I had no idea. If it's a free service that would be nice to know about so i could use it if need be

They came to service my Samsung tv which was in warranty denied me

4 year product replacement........ask me in 3years

Doesn't work the Blink camera won't connect with the Sync Module. I did purchase the Product replacement.
