Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness! Have used the Gerk Squad in the past, which is why I purchased this coverage. Squad members are invariably knowledgeable, reliable and polite. As we all know, people tend to get a little touchy when their their electronics have shall we say a hiccup, that we don’t understand.

On my experience with this warranty I have never run into any issue so far very good to use.

Been using these for about 4 years now, power supply stop working, Bestbuy 4 year warranty came in handy about to receive. New system no problem.

Love Geek Squad warranty of your item stops working they will refund you the full amount or just give you a new replacement

No matter what I buy at Best Buy I always purchase the Protection Plan. It has paid off. Some items I may never have to utilize the Plan but I have had several TV's, a refrigerator, Tech Items, an Apple Computer and an HP Computer that I have used the plan for and it was well worth the money. They replaced all items that went bad!

I always recommend the protection plan. Though most items BB sells are of good quality, it doesn't mean that something weird won't happen or, if its a handheld item, someone won't accidentally drop the good quality item. If you don't want to buy another one in 2 years, its worth getting the plan now.

I always get the four-year extended warranty especially on my TVs or stereo equipment that I purchase you never know when something might go wrong and it is definitely worth the money
